Walk & Run Club caters to all fitness levels; “We leave no one behind.” The Club meets twice per month, choosing a different route each time. It is especially popular among individuals who want to improve their fitness and prepare for the many road races the Club participates in. Over time, members consistently see progress, as the Club’s mission is to empower people through fitness.
