This is Walk & Run Club that caters to all levels of fitness; ‘We leave no one behind’. The Club runs twice per month and chooses a different route each time. This is favoured by persons who want to get fit and train for the many road races the Club participates in. Persons generally improve over time, as the aim is to empower people through fitness.
