A virtual meeting, whether by video or phone call, you will be meeting with one of Sprytraining's experts who will assist you with choosing the right eating protocol for you. Once date is selected, you will receive a follow up call prior to your consultation.


This Assessment determine body composition goals, that is how much bodyfat or lean Muscle you wish to lose or gain. By improving your nutritional choices and understanding how the food you eat relates both positively and negatively to your body composition goals. We will derive at a plan that is best suited for you. The nutritional assessment is a comprehensive evaluation done to understand your overall nutrition status.
