A 15-mins virtual meeting, whether by video or phone call, you will be meeting with one of Sprytraining's experts who will assist you with choosing the right eating protocol for you. Once date is selected, you will receive a follow up call prior to your consultation.


This Assessment determine body composition goals, that is how much bodyfat or lean Muscle you wish to lose or gain.
