1 Mile run: Complete this challenge on a 400-meter track, where you will be tasked with completing four laps. The faster you run, the more points you will earn.
400m Sprint: Complete this challenge on a 400-meter track, where you will be tasked with completing one laps. The faster you run, the more points you will earn.
Clean: This is a bonus event, you only get one chance, once the bar comes off the floor you must catch it with your shoulders.
Snatch: This is a bonus event, you only get one chance, once the bar comes off the floor you must catch it over your head.
120m Yoke carry: Travel a distance of 120 meters with a 200lb+ Yoke, the clock start when the referee says GO.
Sit ups: You'll start with arms crossed and hands touching your shoulders, your hands must stay on your shoulders at all time failure to do so will be the end of your test. The start position is when your head and back are touching the floor, and you'll have to do so for each rep, along with bringing both elbows over your needs.
Push ups: Once the test has started your knees must not touch the floor, if it touches the floor that will be the end of your test. You must bring your chest to the floor and have a full lock out at the top for the rep to count.
Hill climb: Start at the bottom of the hill and you run to the designated finish at the top. Chancery Hill (beside Meadowbrook football field).
Bench Press: You'll get three attempts inclusive of your warm ups, 15 mins to complete all 3 sets in group of 5 persons.
Back squat: You'll get three attempts inclusive of your warm ups, 15 mins to complete all 3 sets in group of 5 persons.
Sled push: You'll push the sled pass two sets of codes that are 20m apart. Passing the pair of codes counts as a lap/trip.
Ring muscle up: Elbows need to be at a 15 degree or less for the rep to count.
